( Vestigial Organ)

A vestigial organ is an organ that could have been developed in the past but doesn't have any current function and almost no structure.The tonsils are an example of a vestigial organ.

P.s. i couldn't find any of my coloring utensils so all i had to work with was a sea Foam green marker and two different colors of lip gloss i found at the bottom of one of my storage containers.

(Angiosperm)

Angiosperms are plants that have flowers or fruits that have ovaries that  protect the seeds. The flowers and fruits attract animals such as bees, butterflies and humming birds that pollinate. Pollination is more effective than the wind pollination of most of the gymnosperms. Apples are one of the many examples of angiosperms.

(CAM plant)

CAM stands for Crassulacean Acid Metabolis. At night CO2 enters the stomata and it is converted into a four carbon organic acid which releases CO2 for the Calvin Cycle of Photosynthesis during the day, when the stomata are closed. When the stomata are closed it helps prevent excessive water loss.CAM is an adaptation to conditions too hot and dry to support vegetation. CAM plants often have thick, reduced leaves and a low surface-area to volume ratio.They also have thick cuticles.Pineapples (above) and cacti are examples of CAM plants.

Finally Starting!

 Now that I've got the cameras all fired up and ready to go, i'm going to start trying  to take some interesting photos that we can all enjoy! Wish me luck! The APA cited page will appear at the end of the blog. The trinket that will be in all of my pictures will be this pair of sunglasses.
